I recently had Christine sell my sister Alma Kimberling's condo for us. Alma recently had to go to an assisted living facility. I contacted Christine to help us make the sale as easy as possible for Alma. She was kind enough to come to the assisted living home to discuss in detail as to what Alma's wishes were. Alma requested to get the best price for her and everything she was including in the sale. Christine and I did a walk through and Alma wanted to sale" as is" and as "quickly as possible" Christine worked with us to make that happen with success on both parts; quickly and as is with the price that we asked for.
